- Doors open 60 minutes before match start. For high-profile matches, we recommend arriving well in advance.
- Where can I park?
- There are approximately 900 parking spaces in the Lugnet area, about a 3-minute walk from the entrance. Parking is free on matchdays.
- Can I pay with cash?
- No, the arena is cashless. Card and Swish payments are accepted at all kiosks.
- Is it family-friendly?
- Yes. Children under 7 enter for free when accompanied by an adult, and we have a family section with a calmer atmosphere.
- How do I get here by bus?
- Lines 704 and 705 stop at Lugnet. The journey from Falun city centre takes about 8 minutes.
