The mission extends far beyond signing contracts and includes scouting, relationship building, and financial planning. An important part of the work is also creating the right conditions for players off the court. This can involve assisting with employment, studies, and housing to give every player the best possible opportunity to develop and perform over time. The goal is to establish the foundation for IBF Falun to remain at the top of the world and compete for major titles, now and in the future.
